Muddle

I am knotted

we all are
sometimes
finding ourselves
in a muddle
EM Forster
wrote whole
books about it
the way in which
we undo ourselves
always looking
for a view
but looking
in the wrong
direction
we want
so much of
something else
sometimes
we forget
to let
ourselves
arrive where
we are
& of course
if we never
arrive
we can never
leave
